Kent, the owner of the company has 15 years of experience in home
construction and remodeling as well as commercial applications. He has over 17
years in the inspection and real estate industry, ranging from home, foundation
and commercial inspections. Kent has performed over 10,000 inspections
throughout his career. Kent is a licensed Home Inspector, as well as a Rental
Weatherization Inspector with the State of Wisconsin. He is a member of ASHI
(American Society of Home Inspectors), WAHI (Wisconsin Association of Home
Inspectors), and founded the Fox Valley Chapter of WAHI. Kent also served on the
Board of Directors for WAHI, as vice president for five years and a Board Member
for three years. He was past Chapter president, vice president, and educational
director. He presides on two State Committees for WAHI. Kent currently runs
educational seminar workshops at Waukesha County Technical College for
Continuing Educational credits for Home Inspectors. He is happily married to his
